Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Cheque payments: We apologise for any inconvience in advance, but we are no longer able to accept orders over the internet with a cheque payment. If you wish to place an order which is going to be payed by cheque we would ask that you contact us direct whereby we will forward a pro-forma invoice, on reciept of a cheque we will then embroider your order. ( We apologise in advance for any inconvience this may cause but are unwilling to chase payments)
Shipping And Handling

UK residents Postage and Packaging Rates are now as follows.

Orders under £30.00 are charged at £3.95
Orders over £30.01 but under £50.00 are charged at £5.25
Orders over £50.01 but under £80.00 are charged at £6.95
Orders over £80.01 are charged a fixed rate of £8.50
Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 5 days business days, please note that during busy periods delivery times will be longer.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges All orders and prices within the uk are inclusive of vat.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

If you prefer not to place your order online using your credit card details. Please choose the option for you to place your order online but phone through your credit card details direct to us.

When placing any orders by phone or over the internet, please make sure that you are sure of the sizing and description of the product at the time of purchase. Waggitt cannot be held responsible for wrongly ordered goods and unless notified within 12 hours of placing the order this cannot be corrected.

Privacy Policy Waggitt do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies.
Returns Policy You may for any reason cancel your order, at any time, before the goods are despatched, or within 7 working days ( for uk orders) from recieving the items. This does not affect your stautory rights as a customer. Waggitt will make a full refund (excluding p&p) provided the goods are returned in re-saleable condition with their original packaging and within 7 days of recieving the order.

We will refund with 14 days of the goods bieng returned. We strongly recommend that you use a tracked and insured postal courier. If you do however recieve damaged or faulty goods please inform us and we will then arrange for a replacement to be sent.

All products are shown with the manufacturers guidelines for sizing and colours. All items within these sections are not returnable with exception to the following reasons.

We have supplied the wrong colour, size or embroidery design or garment choice.

We have mispelt any personalisation to your garment, or used the wrong colours as per your order instructions.

All of our orders are embroidered usually with 48hrs of reciept of design, if you have made a mistake during the ordering process we would need to have confirmation of this within 12hrs of ordering.

When placing any orders by phone or over the internet, please make sure that you are sure of the sizing and description of the product at the time of purchase. Waggitt cannot be held responsible for wrongly ordered goods and unless notified within 12 hours of placing the order this cannot be corrected.
